Welcome to our June Newsletter

Dear member,

A friendly welcome to our June 2021 Newsletter. Let’s celebrate summer.

We are proud to inform you that the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME), an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (EUMS), has just accredited a series of brand-new e-learning modules (ELMs) in laparoscopic general surgery (inguinal hernia repair surgery, laparoscopic adrenalectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy). We encourage you to take the ELMs by connecting to https://websurg.com/en/cme/ to assess your professional skills in a fun, academic, and user-friendly way. A total of 11 European CME credits™ can be gained totally free of charge!

This month also features a medley of contributions in urologic and gynecologic surgery originating from our international network of contributors from France, Italy, and Ukraine.

Check out our IRCAD course calendar and choose from this wide range of course offerings!

Make the most of our educational programs!

Jacques Marescaux

Yours faithfully,

Prof. Jacques Marescaux,

Brand-new e-learning modules (ELMs): up to 11 European CME credits (ECMECs)!

A series of WebSurg e-learning modules (ELMs) in laparoscopic general surgery (inguinal hernia repair surgery, laparoscopic adrenalectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy) have just been accredited by the EUMS-EACCME (European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education) since 2002.

This ensures the recognition of the credits acquired via the platform, at a European level. Agreements with the “American Medical Association” (AMA) allow to convert the ECMEC credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. This accreditation certifies the educational content’s quality and the relevance of the surgical content.
