FOCUS OF THE MONTH video surgery in
PEDIATRIC UROLOGY
In the present issue, we have decided to highlight and outline neobladder surgery, ureteropelvic junction surgery, as well as
surgery for vesicoureteric reflux and urinary lithiasis. Oncology gradually and cautiously opens up to laparoscopy.
Reconstructive techniques mandate highly developed skills as well as a solid know-how.
Endoscopic suturing represents an indispensable asset in this field.
|
The advanced courses in laparoscopic pediatric surgery held at IRCAD involve dynamic and nurturing educational highlights, exchanges and discussions between Faculty members and course participants who jointly benefit from an ever-increasing experience to improve their surgical skills and know-how. The IRCAD educational courses mainly hinge on hands-on practice and technicalities, which are emblematic of the current state-of-the-art in minimal access surgery.
