IRCAD in Taiwan:
Launch of the "2nd International Surgical Symposium on New Technologies applied to Minimally Invasive Surgery",
September 13-15, 2007 in Chang-Bing Show Chwan Memorial Hospital, Lu-Kang

To celebrate the end of the building works of the Asia IRCAD, President Min-Ho Huang has invited IRCAD to launch the second international symposium jointly with the Show Chwan Health Care System. This symposium will be dedicated to new technologies in minimally invasive surgery, a concept that made the success of the IRCAD’s original advanced courses. This will allow our colleagues in Asia an easier access to the teaching and shared experience of numerous international experts.

The course will contain many live surgical demonstrations, a state-of-the-art of the different laparoscopic techniques and a session committed to the newest technologies and those that will break through very soon.

Pour fêter la fin des travaux de gros œuvre de l'ASIA IRCAD, le Président Min-Ho Huang a décidé d’inviter l’IRCAD au lancement du 2e symposium international consacré aux Nouvelles Technologies appliquées à la Chirurgie Mini-Invasive en étroite collaboration avec le Show Chwan Health Care System. Cette formation continue sur le continent asiatique est à l'image des cours avancés qui ont fait le succès de l’IRCAD-EITS à Strasbourg. Cela permettra à tous nos confrères d'Asie de pouvoir bénéficier plus facilement de l’enseignement et de l’expérience partagée par de nombreux experts internationaux.

Ce cours comprendra de multiples démonstrations opératoires "live", un état de l’art des différentes techniques opératoires laparoscopiques et une session totalement consacrée aux toutes dernières technologies ainsi qu’à celles à venir.
